Conditions of use
The entire content of the e-learning offer of Commerzbank AG, including the texts, graphics, illustrations, videos and databases, are the intellectual property of Commerzbank AG and are protected by copyright and trademark law in accordance with German law.
Commerzbank AG reserves the right to modify this e-learning offer and the products presented therein in accordance with the provisions of the user agreement between Commerzbank AG and the Customer.
Any distribution, modification, transmission, reproduction or similar use of the content of this e-learning offer is not permitted without the written consent of Commerzbank AG. The user shall bear the burden of proof in this respect.
The online training courses do not replace the customer's management and in particular do not guarantee any specific results. The Customer remains solely responsible for compliance with all legal and regulatory provisions.
The platform is hosted by Alphabrik GmbH, therefore the liability on the part of Commerzbank AG is limited to the content of the e-learnings offered.
In all other respects, the provisions of the User Agreement between Commerzbank AG and the Client shall apply.
